The day of the festival there will be a couple of food trucks associated with the farmer's market as well as a cupcake vendor and coffee vendor. But there are nearby places to grab your evening meal or even brunch the next day.
Airports
While Glenn Dale is close to D.C. and there are two airports "in" D.C., (Reagan) National is on the other side of the water and you'd be dealing with D.C. traffic, and Dulles, though it is considered a D.C. airport is WAY over in Northern Virginia and you don't want that drive. We suggest using BWI instead.
Hotels
All of these are rated 3.5 star customer ratings or better on Google. Some of these hotels say "Washington D.C." but they aren't actually in D.C. - as you can see by the addresses. Marietta House is located in Glenn Dale, Maryland which is not far from the Capital Beltway, and therefore "just outside" of D.C.
