Having sponsors helps keep vendor fees at an accessible level for authors. It also helps us have a day-of manager for the weekend and provide lunches for the volunteers.

TYPES OF SPONSORSHIPS
Nametags $500 (one available) - Your brand printed on all of the nametags.
Volunteer & Staff Tees - $250 (two available) - Your brand printed on all of the volunteer & staff tees.
Lanyards - $400 (one available) CLAIMED - your brand on the event lanyards.
Sponsor our After Party - $2500
The after-party will be on Saturday evening which will feature heavy apps and a cash bar. We will have a speaker, who will thank you for sponsoring the party. You will also get mentions on our Instagram and Facebook and if you have marketing materials we can include them in our swag bags as well as your brand being included on all sponsorship signage.
Sponsor Drag Queen Storytime - $125 (two available) ALL CLAIMED
You'll receive a post on Instagram and Facebook and space in our swag bag for your marketing materials.
Sponsor Firefighter Storytime - $125 (two available)
Sponsor the live poetry from EC Poetry & Prose - $125 (two available)
You'll receive a post on Instagram and Facebook and space in our swag bag for your marketing materials.
Author Sponsors/Virtual Participants - $79
This option is for authors only. We are converting our "virtual" author participation into sponsorships on a sponsorship page. It will include a listing of your name and a hotlink to whatever link you prefer. You can be an attending author AND be a sponsor too! Either with this option, or one of the banner options below that are on the main page if you are able to offer more support.
Publishing Pro Business Sponsors/Virtual Participants - $149
If you have an editing business, hybrid press, author services, this is an option for you. Your business name will be listed on the sponsorship page. If you're interested in higher visibility, we suggest one of the front page graphic sponsorships.
All other types of businesses sponsorship basic listings - $250
If you want to have a listing of your business name with a hotlink on our sponsorship page and you have a business that is not involved with publishing, this is an option for you.
